• Understanding and preforming safe ladder usage
• Erecting and disassembling scaffolding and bracing
• Safely operating power tools, machinery and equipment used in manufacturing and installation
• Fabricating and installing gutters and drainage systems in a timely and effective manner
• Fabricating and installing other building components and materials including drip edge, soffit, fascia and siding
• Following instructions from project managers and supervisors
• Ensuring a proper clean-up process
• Interacting professionally with customers, trade partners and suppliers/vendors
• Other maintenance duties that arise

• Ability to handle various working conditions both indoors and outside including heights, dust, noises, traffic and weather
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Attention to detail
• Physical strength and stamina
• Ability to lift and carry 50-70lbs
• Open to direct instruction
• Flexibility to change tasks and assignments
• Willingness to travel if the need arises
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Strong work ethic
• Positive, Can-do attitude
• Honesty, integrity and dependability
• Provide own basic tools - tool belt, hammer, tape measure, pocket square, utility knife, tin snips and pencils

Mon-Fri 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Occasional weekend work

Winter hours vary

Pay range is from $15-$22 per hour depending on skills, experience and performance
